About us
Vas Building Services was founded in 2016 by Vas, who has worked in the trade for more than fifteen years.
He started as a handyman and learned property maintenance on the job: painting, tiling, decorating. Carpentry and joinery became the work he cared about most, and for twelve years he managed and oversaw production at a well-known joinery company in central London.
That background shapes how the company works. Joinery is drawn, measured and checked properly before anything is made, and the building work around it is planned so the joinery fits when it arrives.
The team
The company is built around four permanent subcontractors who have worked with Vas since it started. For specialist work we bring in contractors and tradesmen we have used for years, so every job is done by someone qualified for it.
How we find work
Most of our work comes through word of mouth: homeowners who come back for the next room, and interior design studios who trust us to build from their drawings.
We regularly work with Maison August, KWB London, Luxe Design & Build, Relocate Me, Tudor and Atelier Ochre.
